We use your information to schedule pickups, match jobs with student haulers, process payments, send service updates, respond to support questions, and improve how the service operates.

We may also use contact details to send booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and follow-up support messages related to a job you requested.

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with payment processors, hosting providers, and the student haulers or internal team members involved in completing your pickup.

We keep business records for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

You can contact us to request updates or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to any records we need to keep for legal, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.

If you no longer want non-essential follow-up communication, email us and we will honor the request where applicable.
