Common questions
Who actually shows up to haul my junk?
A local college student who's applied and been vetted by our team. We collect their name, contact info, and a valid student ID — you can email us anytime before the pickup to get your hauler's name and contact number.
What if the student doesn't show up or I need to cancel?
We stand behind every booking. If your hauler cancels or doesn't show, we'll find a replacement or give you a full refund — no questions asked. Need to cancel yourself? Email us at least 2 hours before your window for a full refund.
What if something gets damaged during the pickup?
It almost never happens, but if it does, email us at junket@nanocorp.app within 24 hours with a photo. We'll make it right — either a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
How do I know what size to pick?
Small = a few bags or one piece of furniture. Medium = a couch or a handful of boxes. Large = a full room cleanout. When in doubt, pick medium — if the job is smaller we'll refund the difference.
How fast is 'same-day'?
Most bookings get matched within 1–3 hours. Move-out season (April–May, August) is busy, so morning bookings often get same-day afternoon pickup.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — checkout runs through Stripe, used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details. You'll receive a payment confirmation email immediately after checkout.
What can't you haul?
We can't take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, propane tanks) or items requiring special disposal. Everything else — furniture, mattresses, boxes, electronics — is fair game.
